After playing Collegiate Baseball, I was tired of running around a track and doing bro reps to stay active and healthy. I decided to give CrossFit a try in 2014. My mother had been doing CrossFit for years and it had become a huge part of her life before I even knew what CrossFit was and how it would impact my life in the future.(she Competed in the Games and I had NO CLUE!) She really was the main reason I started, we went to the gym together and I found out real quick that I was not as athletic or as strong as I thought. I couldn’t even do Strict pull ups! At that moment is when my competitive nature took over and I wanted to lift heavier and faster, I wanted to be Fit! That is what has propelled my love for CrossFit, to push my body to do things that I had no clue was possible, it truly has made me not just stronger physically but also mentally. After years of CrossFit I decided that I wanted to give Coaching a try, I had been helping others in the gym by sharing my experience and knowledge that I had acquired throughout the years and wanted to do it more on a regular basis. In 2017 I got my CrossFit Level 1 and began coaching in October. The reason I wanted to become a coach was to help push people to do things that they did not think was possible and to see the smile on their face when that impossible became possible.
